South Park: The Fractured But Whole will be playable at Gamescom, and in association with that, Ubisoft and South Park Studios have released a new trailer for the game. This new trailer is a little different to what you might be used to, teasing the current trend of VR with a completely different way of looking at it, but yes, it’s some kind of joke.
If that only makes you want to learn more about the game itself, then you’ll probably want to check out the behind the scenes video that came out in July. It talks a little more about the setting of the game, how the New Kid who became a hero at the end of Stick of Truth has been reduced to well… a regular kid again.
As you might already be aware, The Fractured But Whole will turn South Park Colorado into a superhero playground for those foul-mouthed kids, and will no doubt parody the superhero genre that’s just… everywhere right now. That video is below.
